Here are the services that we offer:
Support is available for individuals who are in recovery or have experience with mental health.
Help with the process of ending chronic homelessness by locating affordable housing.
Help find support in the community to supplement the recovery process.
TELEPHONE RECOVERY SUPPORT
Participants receive weekly support calls from trained staff and volunteers.
HOME VISITS & OUTREACH
Provides homebound participants with weekly home visits to provide a listening ear, support, and encouragement for positive change.
“NO MORE DRAMA” SUPPORT GROUPS
Focuses on domestic and family violence for women and their families.
Includes field trips, picnics, dances, the Annual Serenity Cruise, and family gatherings. The duration, location, and frequency of these activities vary.
WELCOME HOME SUPPORT GROUP
Focuses on transitional issues for men and women returning home from long periods of incarceration in jails or prisons.
SENIOR INFO & RESOURCES
Focuses on helping older adults who are at risk for problems with alcohol, medication, digital communications, socialization, and mental disorders.
